Virginia (July 27)

We woke up on the 27th, and Matthew was excited to play with his cousins.  Cameron and Addison just love Matthew, sometimes a little too much for Matthew's liking.  :)  They kept pulling his binkie out of his mouth, and sticking it back in for him.  Or if he didn't have the binkie in his mouth, they'd try to put it in for him.  Sometimes he wasn't a big fan of that.

We decided to go swimming, so we all got ready and drove to a water park that was about 20 minutes away.  Matthew fell asleep on the drive.

 When we got to the water park, they had signs up saying that they had reached capacity.  Crazy!  There was a line that you had to wait in and as people left the park, they would let you go in.  No one knew how long that would take, so we opted to go to an indoor pool at a rec center instead.  That was a lot of fun, and we didn't have to worry about anyone getting burnt, which was nice.

Matthew, however, still wasn't feeling good, and wasn't a huge fan.

We were able to play in the water for a little bit, but eventually Matthew was done.  So we stayed out, and then not too long after we decided it was time to go.  So we went and had some lunch at Freddy's (which we thought was Friendly's, but it was still good).  

Then the rest of the day was spent preparing for my mom's 60th birthday party that was the following day.

We decided to give my mom the birthday present that I had made for her.  I made her a video for her birthday of pictures throughout the years.  I think she liked it.  :)  I'd love to post it on here but it's nearly 20 minutes, and the last time I tried to post it on YouTube it said it was too long.  So whatever.  I wanted it to be like 10 to 15 minutes, but there were just too many pictures.  If I had used all the pictures I'd found and had been given, the video would have been like 2 hours long.  

Matthew had some fun that night rocking with nana on the recliner.  

Oh, and that giraffe.  He loves that giraffe.  It was a gift from the Boswell's, and he just goes crazy for it.  It's so cute.
