Baby's the size of a sweet potato

My view

I had a doctor's appointment today.  We got to hear the baby's heartbeat again, for a minute.  The doctor was talking to us about something, and by the time he was done talking, the baby moved behind the placenta and he couldn't find it again.

We tried to get a look at the sex.  The doctor said that it is a very inaccurate prediction, and we shouldn't buy anything based on what we saw today.  So, we went in for the ultrasound and we saw what may or may not be a penis, but then the baby moved his/her little legs up just so we couldn't see anything anymore.  So, who knows?  It could be a boy, but it might not be.

I go back in a couple of weeks for another ultrasound, so hopefully we'll be able to get a better look there.
